Jimmy Fallon's final episode of "Late Night" on Friday got a little emotional, but there were plenty of people on hand to cheer him up -- including The Muppets.
Watch above as Fallon says goodbye to his show of 5 years with a heartfelt (and funny) rendition of The Band's classic, "The Weight," featuring the entire Muppet ensemble.
When he leaves the set at the end of the song and greets his loyal cast in the new "Tonight Show" studio on the other side of the hall... Well, we might just have something in our eyes. *Sniff* *Sniff*
Fallon's first episode of "The Tonight Show" will premiere on Feb. 17, and the "Late Night" torch will be passed on to his fellow "SNL" alum Seth Meyers on Feb. 24. Congratulations to them both!
