In a video that appears to have been uploaded by her teacher, 7th grader Scarlett Dennis created an amazing animated short that perfectly encapsulates the love and resilience of same-sex couples in the face of adversity.
Dennis' one-minute stop-motion animated video illustrates the question on many of our minds: "Why is it in this country that a heterosexual couple who have just met can get married but a homosexual couple who have been in love for years cannot?"
